7th of September - On the road again
On the bus again... On my way to Townsville where I'll catch the ferry over to Magnetic Island :)
Even though I only stayed 2 nights at Scotty's it was quite sad to leave all the peeps. The hostel which is more like a resort, like its houses/reception/kitchen in a circle and in the middle there's a pool and the place it's pretty small and there's literarily only one spot to hang out which means you will always hang out together, if you don't prefer to stay in your room the whole day haha!
I did my second skydive today, f me it was good fun. It's so amazing, I can't describe it! I was the second last one out from the plan, I was pretty chilled the whole time but when the light went on and they started to jump out I got a little bit nervous but oooh my god what a feeling. Been thinking about to go a course where you will learn how to skydive solo, that would be awesome. But to become instructor you have to do at least 500 solo jumps, mmh??
Haha will see where the future will take me in life ;) Oh yeah, I also had a snot accident ba ha, the thought is slowly killing me haha. It could of been worse ;)
Otherwise I haven't been doing to much, the skydive shuttle bus picked me up at 6.30 am but just because it was raining and cloudy our jumps got delayed. I didn't jump until 10.30 am! When I got back to the hostel the only thing I did was to sun bake and hang out with my mates before I had to leave them at 3.30 pm :(
I got picked up by Matt the rafting guy and another rafting dude- James last night, went and bought a bottle of red wine and beers and just chilled out at his house :) Bec came a little bit later and joined us.
Wow what a house! It's like out in the jungle, it was pretty cool and it has a shower outside where your view would only be the forest. No walls nothing ;)
I have two friends I met in Cairns who also are staying at Magnetic Islands so it will be good fun to catch up with them :)
